Withdrawal notice

The German version is authoritative.

This notice applies to consumers who sign up for a workshop on the website (distance contract). Businesses have no right of withdrawal under this section.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, that is, from the day you receive the confirmation of your signup.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example by email or letter). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the payment; you will not incur any fees.

Workshop within the withdrawal period

If the workshop takes place within the 14 days and you want us to start the service before the period expires, you must expressly request this. There is a separate checkbox for this when you sign up. Without it, signing up for such a date is not possible. If you then withdraw, you must pay us an amount in proportion to what has been provided until you withdrew.

The right of withdrawal expires once we have fully provided the service, provided the workshop started before the period expired with your express consent and you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal on full performance.
